Google's tablet PC, which will run its Chrome OS and is designed to rival Apple's iPad, could hit US shelves in time for Christmas. According to a report by tech website DownloadSquad an unnamed source said the tablet PC will make its debut on November 26, which is also 'Black Friday' - the day after Thanksgiving and traditionally the busiest shopping day of the year in the US. The website didn't offer any details on whether the device would be made available in the UK. The tablet is expected to be manufactured by HTC, which previously worked with Google on its Nexus One smartphone. DownloadSquad's source didn't offer any details of the tablet's specs, but the website did predict it would feature a 1280x720 multitouch display, 2GB of RAM and a 22GB solid state drive.
