i have just registered to this website and i was quite confuse at the first time why i can't post in any room ha ha... but i doubt that can the padawan post in the non-it room?

Actually, All of forums in padawan zone are IT forums (except suggestion and Boot Camp)
I have no idea, that you can/can't read the rule for beginning in Thai.
But anyway I will translate a bit for you.

1. Don't click "Thank" bottom, except your post count are reach to minimum requirement.
2. Padawan can read and post only in "padawan zone", and post count doesn't increased.
3. Don't type "Thank you" or any word like for replying. You have to use "Thank" bottom instead.
4. Share your expert knowledge in padawan forum.
5. If you want to be a fullmember, you will be pass the test in this link for any level.
