A group calling itself âXentrix Cyber Team and Soldier Of Allahâ hacked the website of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), a day after âxTerrorâ wreaked havoc on the site of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC). The Internet vandals defaced the welcome page of the DBM site:, flaunting that it has been hacked by âRifani System.â âHei (sic)...admin, your system has been hack(ed) by rifani system,â the cyber vandals said.
