เป็นทางเว็บมาสเตอร์ไม่ได้ใส่ไฟล์ลง Folder แหละครับถึงขึ้นแบบนั้น
เพราะถ้าเข้าที่ http://www.citec.us/ โดยไม่ได้ใส่ชื่อ Folder หรืออะไรเพิ่มพี่ๆเขาก็ใส่ Redirect มาที่
http://citecclub.org/forum ไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว
