IETester เหมาะสำหรับคนพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ครับ ซึ่งต้องทดสอบหน้าเว็บของตัวเองให้สามารถแสดงผลได้ดีกับเบราวเซอร์ ทุกตัว ซึ่ง IE ก็เป็นเบราเซอร์ที่มีคนใช้เยอะที่สุดก็ว่าได้ และมีหลายเวอร์ชัน ทำให้เป็นปัญหากับนักพัฒนา เกี่ยวกับการติดตั้ง IE หลายๆ เวอร์ชันในเครื่องเดียวกันครับ โดย IETester 0.3.2 นี้ก็ได้รวมเอา IE ตั้งแต่ 5.5 จนถึง 8 เลยครับ
