AquaMark3

A new DirectX 9 compatible benchmark from massive Development

This is AquaMark 3 - unfortionately the programmers, Massive development, do not exsist anymore. That does not mean you can't use this great tool though ! A new DirectX 9 compatible benchmark from massive Development. The latest graphics cards on the market are almost all DirectX9 compatible these days, and we can also see an increasing number of games utilizing the new DX9 features. To be able to see how well a graphics card is performing in this new challenging DirectX 9 environment, AquaMark was developed.

AquaMark 3, however, is not solely a DirectX9 benchmark; if you are working with a DirectX 8 or 7 compatible graphics card, you will still be able to use it just with a lot of graphical features missing. Make no mistake, AquaMark3 is a DirectX 9 benchmark. But since it's based on a real game engine it has fallbacks to DirectX 8 and even DirectX 7.

This version supports a wide set of features like the basic AquaMark3 TRISCORE test and free online access to ARC, the on-line AquaMark Result Comparator.

Definitely worth the 63MB download if you have a modern graphics card!

CineBench 2003

http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i32/iLLuSioNEx/cinebench2003.png

CineBench 2003 is the free benchmarking tool for Windows and Mac OS based on the powerful 3D software CINEMA 4D R8. The tool is set to deliver accurate benchmarks by testing not only a computer's raw processing speed but also all other areas that affect system performance such as OpenGL, multithreading, multiprocessors and Intel's new HT Technology.

CINEBENCH 2003 includes render tasks that test the performance of up to 16 multiprocessors on the same computer as well as software-only shading tests and OpenGL shading tests on huge numbers of animated polygons that will push any computer to its limits.
