ลองใช้คำสั่งพวก ipconfig /release และ ipconfig /renew
ใช้ไม่ได้ครับ โดยเฉพาะเครื่องที Set IP แบบ Manual

ลองใช้มีคำสั่งพวก
netsh interface set interface "Local Area Connection " ENABLE
netsh interface set interface "Local Area Connection " DISABLE

หรือ
netsh interface set interface "Local Area Connection "ENABLE
netsh interface set interface "Local Area Connection " DISABLE
