How to config Symbian OS for dev Nokia

How to config Symbian OS for dev Nokia emulator
and what is nessary tools for setup , i don't know anything . i will begin

have you try nokia qt yet? there is an emulator built-in.
On the nokia download page, there are qt of which it shoudl be equal to c++ for cross platform and Nokia Qt which is a specific for mobile phone. yo can check comparision table provided on the web. but i believe we need another s60 specific sdk to use s60 libary, otherwise we will have trouble complie to the phone.

i'm a newbie too. i'm still looking for api that control phone call. if you have any idea on this please let me know too.
