มีปัญหากับ Windows Firewall ครับ

มีเครื่องหนึ่งในวงแลนที่ผมใช้อยู่ต่อใช้ Net ไม่ได้ครับ ผมเลยลองเช็คดู อาการเท่าที่เห็นก็คือ
1. ping เข้า-ออก ไม่ได้เลย
2. ใช้ ipconfig ไม่ได้ โดยมีข้อความบอกว่า
Windows IP Configuration
An internal error occurred: The request is not supported.
Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services for further help.
Additional information: Unable to query host name.
3. windows firewall ถูกปิดอยู่ แล้ว turn on ไม่ได้ ลองรึเซ็ตไฟร์วอลดูแล้ว ก็ยังใช้งานไม่ได้ โดยเมื่อรัน windows firewall จะมีข้อความแจงขึ้นมาว่า
Windows Firewall Settings Cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do You want start the Firewall / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service?
พอตอบตกลงไปก็จะมีข้อความฟ้องกลับมาว่า
Windows cannot start the Firewall / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service


อย่างงี้หมายความว่ามันเป็นปัญหาที่ windows firewall รึเปล่าครับ แถมดูเหมือนเครื่องนี้จะคุยกันในวงแลนกับเครื่องอื่นๆไม่ได้เลยด้วย

มีใครเคยเป็นแบบนี้บ้างไหมครับ แล้วมีใครพอจะทราบวิธีแก้ไขบ้างมั้ยครับ

เคยเป็นครับ Windows cannot start the Firewall / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service
แต่เน็ตเล่นได้ปกติ ลองดูครับถ้า ping หรือ ipconfig นี่น่าจะมาจาก card นะครับ ลองเอาการ์ดไปเสียบเครื่องอื่นดู

ขอบคุณครับ ก่อนหน้านี้ผมได้ทำการลงวินโดว์ใหม่ไปทีนึงแล้ว (เพราะหาสาเหตุไม่ได้) แล้วตอนนี้ก็เป็นอีกครั้งหนึ่งแล้วครับ - -"
แต่กรณีผมต่างจากของคุณ qhadyai ตรงที่เน็ตใช้ไม่ได้เลยครับ เครื่องที่เป็นจะคุยกับเครื่องอื่นๆไม่ได้เลยครับ
ส่วนเรื่องการ์ดนี่ลองแล้วครับ ปรากฏว่ามันก็ยังใช้งานได้ สรุปว่าเป็นที่อะไรตอนนี้ผมก็ยังไม่ทราบเหมือนกันครับ ท่านใดที่พอทราบขอคำแนะนำทีครับ

ส่วนตอนนี้ผมคงต้องแก้ปัญหาโดยการลงวินโดว์ใหม่ไปก่อนละกันครับ

แนะนำครับหา FireFox มาใช้ครับจากนั้นให้กลับไป remove ie ตัวเก่าออกครับแล้วใช้ firefox ดาวน์โหลดตัวใหม่มาลงรับรองหายครับ ปัญหานี้เจอหลังจากลง bitcomet 0.7 ครับ

ผมเคยเป็น ครับ แต่ เป็น อีก แบบ นึง ยังไงลอง ทำตามนี้ นะครับ

1. เปิด Notepad แล้ว copy ข้องความข้างล่างนี้แล้วเซพ เป็น .reg , firewall.reg

เซฟไว้ Desktop แล้ว กด เปิด ...reg

2. Restart เครื่อง

3. Start >> Run >> cmd ............. ok

พิม .... NETSH FIREWALL RESET แล้ว enter

4. Set your windows firewall

ถ้ายังไม่ได้ อีกก็ลอง

Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type the following, and then press ENTER:
netsh Winsock reset

When the program is finished, you will receive the following message:

ถ้าปิด firewall ไว้ตลอดเลยมันจะมีปัญหาอารายไหมอะครับ..

แก้ได้ไหมครับ ถ้ายังไม่ได้ลองอันนี้ไหมครับ พอดีไปเจอมา http://www.help2go.com/component/option,co...r,asc/start,15/
สรุปคือ SP2 ลงไม่เรียบร้อย uninstall service pack แล้วลงใหม่ แต่ว่ามันก็น่ารำคาญ ลง windows ใหม่หมดเลย ไม่ต้องถอนของเก่าน่าจะเร็วกว่า
