แก้ยังไงดี
ผมว่าบางทีอาจเกิดจากมีการเรียกใช้ไฟล์นี้พร้อมๆกันจากหลายไฟล์ หรือไม่ก็คุณอาจจะใช้ stream ทำการ open ไฟล์แล้วลืม close ลองแก้ดูนะคับ
