A group calling itself “Xentrix Cyber Team and Soldier Of Allah” hacked the website of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), a day after “xTerror” wreaked havoc on the site of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC). The Internet vandals defaced the welcome page of the DBM site:, flaunting that it has been hacked by “Rifani System.” “Hei (sic)...admin, your system has been hack(ed) by rifani system,” the cyber vandals said.
