Responsibility:
* Vulnerability assessments and security scans against hosts/systems and internal and external networks,including network discovery.
* Penetration testing against development and production web application, wireless, networks and systems [Window, Unix, Etc].
* Exploiting application layer and network layer vulnerabilities
* Report and Recommendation of countermeasures and remediation techniques to eliminate vulnerabilities
---JOB REQUIREMENTS ---
Required Education:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT and MIS (or computer- or network-related studies) or demonstrable job experience.
* Certification (CISA, CISSP, CEH, Security+, MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, etc.) or equivalent would be an advantage.
Required Skills:
* Detailed, working knowledge of vulnerability scanning techniques/tools, including the ability install configure and operate third-party vulnerability discovery tools (for example Nessus, Nikto, Nmap, ISS Internet Scanner, Metasploit Framwork, etc.)
* Working knowledge of common vulnerabilities in major operating systems (UNIX, Windows, etc) and ability to follow emergence of new vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques, OR working knowledge of network protocols and network level vulnerability trends.
* Technical specialization in at least one of the following: Windows Server, UNIX (Solaris or AIX), Linux, Databases (SQL Server, Oracle or DB2), Routers, Switching, Firewalls and IDS/IPS.
* Demonstrable ability to identify and apply vulnerability exploitation techniques.
Technical Requirements:
* Degree or studying for degree in Computer Science, or related field of study highly preferred.
* Strong penetration testing skills.
* Strong Web application / network security experience.
* Development background in PHP, ASP and JAVA.
Other Skills:
* Independent, self motivated worker.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Good communication (at least Thai and English) and presentation skill.
* Able to travel outside of Bangkok and overseas.
* Able to work overtime.
