All these programs can run from the USB Memory Stick when it has Booted up (They are Not Accessible in the Windows Enviroment). Alternately if you can not Boot from a USB all you need to do is Burn the ISO Image to a CD or DVD Blank, I recommend "Nero Burning Rom".
