    วิธีนี้คือทำการสร้าง short cut ให้เห็นรูปเป็น jpeg
    แต่ไปรันไฟล์ exe ใช่หรือเปล่าครับไม่แน่ใจ
    รู้สึกว่ายังไงก็ ยังโดน AV จับอยู่เพราะว่าต้องมีสองไฟล์พ่วงกันไปคือ exe(แก้นามสกุล) กับ short cut
