ปัญหาการดาวน์โหลดไฟล์จาก file.citecclub.org

ผมเจอข้อความดังภาพบ่อยมากครับ กล่าวได้ว่าทุกครั้งที่จะโหลดไฟล์เลยก็ว่าได้
ผมต้องกดโหลดอยู่หลายรอบมากกว่าจะโหลดไฟล์ได้(เกือบ 20 ครั้งได้)
เลยอยากให้ทีม mod ช่วยตรวจสอบให้หน่อยครับ

Anyway, in case if you don't know, the file hosted at file.citecclub.org will be automatically expired after 1 month if there is no download activities occurred. But, if the uploader register as a member with file hosting system, the file will be last long forever no matter the download activities of that file occur or not.

Whatever, I will investigate this issue, but do u got any example link which I can use to reproduce the problem?
