Job Title: CBT Supervisor (1 position)
Education : Bachelor Degree ? Educational Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Require Experience : at least 5 years experience in Computer Based Training or Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
Required Technical/Functional Knowledge & Skills : Multimedia tools such as Adobe and Macromedia,etc.
Job Summary : Ensure that computer based training programs and content are designed and developed effectively according to needs analysis in all crucial aspects and are delivered on time and to budget.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.To design and develop effective computer based training programs with operations training supervisors for required operations personnel.
2.To analysis needs in relevant aspects (Required by trainee, trainer and system) to ensure that effective and appropriate computer based training programs is delivered on time and to budget.
3.To design curriculum and content in the digital content style.
4.to liaise regularly with operations training supervisors to facilitate appropriate sharing of knowledge across programs and enable successful delivery of the computer based training schedule.
5.To work with operations training supervisors in reporting progress and evaluation of training programs to training manager and raising issues of concern.
6.To lead and work with courseware engineer/content developer by ensuring appropriate development in the content of the computer based training scheme.
7.To provide advice and guidance to the division on the way to improve the delivery of strategic objectives against the implementation plan.
8.To perform other duties as required by operations training manager.

Job Summary : Ensure that content of required training courses is developed and delivered on time and in budget and converted into appropriate format using proper multimedia tools.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.To support instructor designer in developing effective computer based training programs for required operations personnel.
2.To digitize developed content of training programs into appropriate format and record in HLD and DDC.
3.To assist training supervisors in producing teaching material by utilizing appropriate multimedia tools.
4.to be strong and familiar with various multimedia software in the market such as Adobe, Macromedia, etc.
5.To perform other duties as required by CBT supervisor.
