This error occur due to many reasons:

1. You forgot to define this preprocessor directive

#define _WIN32_DCOM
[/src]

Note: Define it a the begin of the code, you called it

2.May be you could include this header file
#include <objbase.h> and aswell as this library file ole32.lib also
