What do you mean by "web hacking". Actually, the scope of hacking too widely, could you please tell me more specific.
How ever if you need to be a kind of hacker I suggests you to get familiar with unix command. The good starting place is to install linux os and use it. Here is some useful ebook for you.
I've heard that the TCP/IP knowledge is strongly recommended and required ... I also need some time to work on them. :eyes:
