Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer science or related fields with at least 0-1 year work experience in computer hardware / software maintenance.
The experience with Linux or Database the more preferable.
Be able to responsible for customers and technical support for data storage products.
Good skill in analyzing and problem solving with service minded.
