In this article I won't tell you how to program Motion Detection in C#, because It's scientifically hard and it may take a week or a month to explain. However, in this article I will put the download link of my project below, so you can download it. I will suggest you that once you got my project you shouldn't just compile, run and finish. You should try to understand at least the code. Then if you want to know more about Motion Detection, you should ask the expert (maybe your teacher or a person who know about this).
