เทคนิคเจาะระบบสั่งลบไอคอนใน Control Panel

นอกจากเราจะสามารถสั่งให้ Control Panel หายไปได้แล้วเรายังสามารถสั่งลบไอคอนที่อยู่ใน Control Panel ได้อีกด้วยตัวอย่างเช่น หากเราไม่ต้องการให้ใครมาติดตั้งหรือถอดถอนโปรแกรมโดยผ่านทางไอคอน Add/Remove Program เราก็สั่งลบไอคอนนี้เพียงไอคอนเดียว ส่วนที่เหลือก็ยังปรากฎอยู่เป็นแปกติ

1. เข้าไปที่หน้าต่าง C:\Windows แล้วดับเบิ้ลคลิกไฟล์ที่ชื่อ CONTROL.INI



2. โปรแกรม Notepad จะเปิดไฟล์ CONTROL.INI ขึ้นมา ให้พิมพ์ชื่อไอคอนที่เราต้องการสั่งลบลงไปใต้หัวข้อ [don't load] ดังเช่น ถ้าต้องการสั่งลบไอคอน Add/Remove Program ให้พิมพ์ชื่อ appwlz.cpl=no ลงไป




3. จากนั้นให้เซฟไฟล์นี้ โดยคลิกที่เมนู File > Save เพียงเท่านี้ไอคอนที่ชื่อ Add/Remove Program ก็หายไปแล้ว
