Quagga bgpd DoS Vulnerability

Quagga (http://www.quagga.net/) is "a routing software suite. Quagga bgpd implements the BGP routing protocol". There are two vulnerabilities in the Quagga prodcut. In both vulnerabilies, the attacker must be a configured peer.
